What do the Houston rockets need?

Tracy said they need a backup point gaurd,size on the perimeter and some more athletism at the forward position.Who will the rockets try to get as a backup point or even new pointgaurd?Rashard Lewis contract is up with the seattle sonics, and since he is from here will he want to come or will the rockets look to get him?And as for athltism will they get that from the Draft?
