Will TOMMY NOBIS ever get into the Pro Football Hall Of Fame?

Every year I wonder if the veterans committee will vote him in and every year he doesn’t make it in. Honestly, I don’t even know if he is nominated anymore. I’m not NFL statistical buff or anything like that and Tommy Nobis is why before my time. I’m only 32, but when I see all his stats and awards, I am appalled at why he is not in the HOF. Does anyone have any insight???
