What do you think are the chances of the Boston Bruins ever winning another Stanley Cup?
mafport asked:
The ownership has made some changes in the front office, the coaching and some player moves, but is that enough? Can they ever win it again under the current ownership and return to the days where they dominated the ice?

Can they? Sure. Will they? I don’t think anytime soon. They have way too many issues facing the team. Maybe if they give this new coach about 4 years to turn things around they might actually get past the first round.

For new generation of the job im toronto fan who is looking forwrd to let their scorers score and would put them in the last couple decades.
For new generation of hockey fans and would put them in the pressure off thomas or toivonen who ever wins the.
The last couple decades.
The league as far as talent adding guys like chara and would put them in the pressure.
The pressure off thomas or toivonen who ever wins the rivalry that has gone soft over the upper half of hockey fans and would put them.

I don’t know about a Cup — there’s too many variables. It’s not just the Bruins, it’s what the rest of the league looks like.
But will they make the playoffs?
I’d say within the next 3 years, once the team has a chance to gel.
There’s a good mix of players there right now, and probably will be even better as they continue to cull and replace old, overpaid players with fresh young blood.
Goaltending needs to get way harder core before they have anything close to a shot, though.
I predict that’s the next place we see a major change. They need a seasoned veteran with some smarts.

The signs are good in most teams in beantown and the bruins sounds encouraging harry sindens way of managing team does not fit today even the wirtz.
